Confirm the exact transaction direction
Record whether Interac is missing from deposits, withdrawals or both. A rail may fund an account but not receive a payout, and the options can differ by province, verification state and prior payment ownership.
Save the signed-in cashier screen, CAD amount attempted, province and time. Do not rely on an old review table or a cached public page when the account presents a different method set.
- Deposit or withdrawal
- Account verification state
- Province and bank
Check the account and bank boundary
Confirm the bank account is in the verified player name and that no payment verification request is waiting in email or the account inbox. If a recent Interac order failed, reconcile whether the bank authorised it, the processor created an order and the casino credited or returned it.
Do not cycle through multiple banks or other people's accounts. That makes ownership review harder and can turn one missing tile into a wider account restriction.
- Owned funding source
- No unresolved prior order
- One controlled retry only
Ask support a question it can answer
Give support the account reference, timestamp and screenshot, then ask whether Interac is unavailable for the account, temporarily unavailable for the market or suppressed until a verification step is complete. Request the currently supported alternative rather than guessing from a different region.
If the method returns, compare limits and destination details before submitting. If it does not, keep the case ID with the payment record for later reconciliation.
Questions players ask
Does a missing Interac tile mean BetRivers removed it everywhere?
No. Availability can be specific to the account, market, transaction direction or current rail status.
Can I use another person's Interac account?
Use only a payment source held in the verified player's name.
How many times should I retry?
After checking the evidence, make at most one controlled retry unless support gives different instructions.
