Capture the request before its state changes
Save the withdrawal ID, CAD amount, selected method, destination suffix and request time. Then record every state shown in the cashier: pending, approved, sent, returned or cancelled. Keep the operator email because its wording may identify whether approval or dispatch occurred.
If the account requests KYC or payment-ownership evidence, add the document request and submission receipt to the same timeline rather than starting a second support conversation.
- Request ID and amount
- Method and destination
- Status timestamps
Separate operator time from payment-rail time
The operator controls review and release. The processor and receiving institution control the next leg. Ask for a transfer or trace reference after the cashier says sent; a generic completed label is not enough to reconcile a missing credit.
Compare the legal account holder and destination used for funding or payout. A mismatch, an unverified card or a method that cannot receive withdrawals can move the request back into review.
- Approval evidence
- Dispatch reference
- Spendable bank receipt or documented return
Escalate the missing stage only
If review is pending, ask what exact verification item remains. If dispatch occurred, provide the trace reference to the receiving provider. If the payment returned, ask which destination rule failed before submitting another request.
Avoid cancelling and recreating a withdrawal merely to refresh the screen. That can reset the timeline and detach the new request from the evidence already collected.
Questions players ask
Does RushPay approval mean the money reached my bank?
No. Approval and receiving-bank credit are separate events.
What reference should I request?
Ask for the processor or bank trace tied to the specific withdrawal ID.
Should I submit another withdrawal while one is missing?
Not until the first request has a confirmed outcome or documented return.
